At Wah Gaming Store, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide a 7-Day Checking Warranty on all brand-new products.

Customers are requested to check and test the product within 7 days of delivery. In case of any issue related to functionality, the product will be eligible for replacement after verification.

For selected brands, we also provide up to 1-Year brand warranty. Warranty coverage depends on the specific brand and model. Customers are advised to confirm warranty details with our representative before purchase.

For used Products, we provide a 1-Month checking warranty to ensure the product is working properly at the time of purchase.

Important:
The original purchase invoice is required to claim any warranty, replacement, or support.
